About

Soham’s Safe Place was created from a simple belief: sometimes, people don’t need someone to fix their problems. They just need someone who listens.

I’m Soham, I’m 21, and I’ve been through some difficult phases myself.

I lost my dad when I was 20. Around the same time, I went through a breakup, struggled academically, lost confidence in myself, felt lonely and became completely demotivated. I stopped showing up for the things that once mattered to me, including the gym. My career took a hit, and I even lost my job.

For a while, I felt lost.

But slowly, I started rebuilding myself — my confidence, my routine, my fitness, my career and my mindset.

That experience taught me how important it can be to have someone you can simply talk to.

Soham’s Safe Place is my attempt to create that space for others.

You don’t have to have a perfect explanation. You don’t have to know exactly what you’re feeling. You don’t even need to have a “big” problem.

If something is on your mind, you can talk about it.

I’ll listen, share my perspective where it may help, and have a genuine conversation with you.

This isn’t professional therapy or medical treatment. It’s simply a place for honest conversations, peer support and general life guidance.

Sometimes, one conversation can be the first step toward feeling a little less alone.

SOHAM’S SAFE PLACE

A place to talk. A place to be heard.
